Terms and Conditions

  • The competition runs from 2 December 2024 until 23:59 on 6 December 2024.
  • Twelve winners will be drawn at random from all correct entries. Winners will be contacted by email. Winners must confirm within three days of receiving our email that they are UK residents and provide their address so that the prize can be posted to them. If a winner does not reply to our email, an alternative winner will be drawn.
  • There are 12 prizes available: each winner will receive a miniature Santa Claus set by Björn Köhler Kunsthandwerk. No cash alternative is available.
  • The draw by the German Embassy’s Press Section is final.
  • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over only, excluding employees of the German Embassy London and the Consulate General Edinburgh or their family members.
  • All submitted data will be deleted once all winners have received their prizes. Please read our data protection declaration here.
  • The German Embassy reserves the right to cancel or change the whole competition, part of the competition and/or the rules without prior notice in the case of an event beyond the control of the Federal Foreign Office. The Embassy will publish details of any changes.
  • By entering this competition, entrants indicate that they agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
